GIN MENU

DEATH'S DOOR - WISCONSIN, USA
The Church Manager's favourite! Using juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state, Death's Door Spirits employs a base of Washington Island wheat and malted barley from Chilton, Wisconsin. Death's Door Gin has a full London Dry flavor without all of the bitterness because of our extraction process and the base spirit we use (i.e., our vodka). In fact, you can taste all three botanicals: loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds.

MONKEY 47 - BLACK FOREST, GERMANY
Just another Gin?! Certainly Not! Admittedly, it appears somewhat eccentric to claim that a recipe for gin has the power to unite great British traditions, the exoticness of India, and the purity and nativeness of the Black Forest. And yet it is precisely this eccentricity that defines the enigmatic character of Montgomery Collins, from whom our Schwarzwald Dry Gin originates. MONKEY 47 - Distilled from 47 predominantly unusual but regional botanicals such as lingonberries and blended with natural spring water. Cheers!

TARQUINS PREMIUM CORNISH - PADSTOW, UK
Tarquin’s Gin is a contemporary take on the classic London Dry style of gin and is distilled by hand in tiny batches near Padstow on the coast of north Cornwall. Besides juniper and nine other traditional botanicals, Tarquin’s features handpicked local violets as well as fresh orange zest to deliver a distinct, refreshing, floral and citrusy aroma. All of the botanicals are carefully selected and steeped in wheat spirit overnight inside the 250 litre copper pot still.

HAYMANS OLD TOM - WITHAM, UK
A smooth and full flavoured gin, Hayman's Old Tom gin delivers a more rounded and softer profile than the London Dry style. This quintessentially English gin was the gin of choice during the 19th century Victorian England and used in the classic gin cocktails such as the Martinez and Tom Collins.

HENDRICKS - SCOTLAND, UK
Hendrick’s wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for our delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber. Hendrick’s is the marriage of two different spirits from two rare and unusual stills: the Bennet still and the Carter-Head still. By combining the two, we are able to create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the required character and balance of subtle flavours.

MARTIN MILLERS - IMMINGHAM, UK & BORGANES, ICELAND
Since its launch in 1999, Martin Miller’s Gin has consistently won awards for excellence from the world’s leading judging institutions, making it the most awarded gin in the Premium and Super-Premium categories. Martin Miller’s Gin has won more gold and platinum medals than any other gin in the last 10 years including at the four most respected competitions; The World Spirits Awards, San Francisco World Spirits Competition, ISC and IWSC. Martin Miller’s Gin remains the only gin ever to be awarded 97 points from the Beverage Testing Institute of Chicago, the highest score ever awarded to a gin.

SILENT POOL - SURREY HILLS, UK
Grab a generous hand full of ice, a dash of tonic and a twist of orange peel and sit back and savour Silent Pool Gin. 24 botanicals inspired by local flora and fauna work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Floral and citrus notes are grounded by Spicy Cassia bark, Cubeb and a smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey.

HERNO - DALA, SWEDEN
The multi award winning distillery is located in the village of Dala just outside the City of Härnösand in Ångermanland, Sweden. The gin contains 8 botanicals, all certified organic, including Juniper, Coriander, Lemon peel, Lingon berries, Meadowsweet, Black Pepper, Cassia and fresh Vanilla.

MALFY - TORINO, ITALY
This Gin is Homemade in Italy by a small Italian family. This Gin is infused with Lemon and this flavor comes through when drunk straight over Ice, but is also a great addition to make any cocktail have that summery refreshing taste

BLACKWOODS - SHETLAND, UK
The story begins with this hand crafted 40% vintage gin. Inspired by the beautiful nature of Shetland, waiting each year for the right weather conditions to harvest the botanicals. With each vintage the botanicals used change slightly due to the quality and quantity available. The Shetland botanicals are infused with juniper and coriander, plus other botanicals including lime, to give this dry gin its unique and complex flavour.

EGERTON PINK - LONDON UK
Distilled in London with a unique combination of 14 botanicals including orange peel, casia bark and damiana. The fresh pink hue is a result of the pomegranate extract. There is a rich complexity and a unique balance of citrus and dry notes. There are endless mixer options for you to try and yet this is stunning mixed with tonic!

MAYFIELD GIN - TUNBRIDGE WELLS, UK
Mayfield Gin features a hearty helping of Sussex Hops at the core of its botanical selection - the variety they chose for the gin was originally discovered growing wild in a Sussex hedgerow before hop farmer Andrew Hoad nurtured and cultivated the plucky hop. They've also used juniper, orange, lemon, coriander, orris, angelica and liquorice to create this tipple. The label references the story of St. Dunstan gripping the Devil by the nose with a pair of tongs in Mayfield, causing him to fly off and cool his wounded schnoz in the waters of Tunbridge Wells.
